Use the public website only for first-step information
Name, contact information, property location, financing objective, approximate financing range and timing are enough to begin a conversation.
Move sensitive records into the secure workflow
- government identification;
- SIN or other highly sensitive identifiers;
- bank statements and account records;
- tax returns and detailed income documentation;
- credit reports or detailed debt records;
- signed mortgage/application documents.
Confirm where your documents are going
Before sharing records, confirm who is handling your inquiry and which secure service they use. Please do not attach financial documents to a general email or paste them into Flor chat.
