Explain the property’s utility and alternate use
Describe loading, access, building configuration, power or other features material to the actual use. Explain whether the building is owner-occupied or leased and provide relevant agreements. Ask about environmental and building due diligence before commissioning reports. Consider how readily another occupant could use the property if the current business or tenant leaves.
